Sebastian Dragnea
General Manager/Co-Founder
A co-founder and principal at IQS+, Sebastian Dragnea oversees the overall creative account and production of our our offices in San Francisco and Europe. Working intimately with clients and the ... more>creative team, Sebastian manages every aspect of the creation, design and development process to ensure IQS+ solutions are strategically sound, unique, and based on the customer’s perspective.

Sebastian has over 15 years of design experience and has been a key factor in the successful development of identity programs and successful campaigns for a wide range of clients, including Bacardi, Zucca, California Olive Growers, Boston Consulting Group, and finally Fiat Lancia which generated over 30 million dollars in revenue and was recognized for his work at Cannes.

Prior to founding IQS+ , he worked at WebAMG, Exigen Group, Boston Consulting Group, Armando Testa, the largest privately owned agency in Italy, as well as Grey Advertising, Young & Rubicon, Kai2 Communications, among others. He also founded Liquid Thought Studios in the late '90, as one of the first creative outsourcing companies in the world.

Based on his experience in working both in the U.S. and Europe for many years, he possesses a great understanding of the forward-thinking technology innovation and creative process which is a key part of IQS+ portfolio. During his career, he successfully raised brand awareness, created new brand identities and most importantly, bridged the gap between brands and people, which is not easy, but for Sebastian it comes naturally.

Sebastian holds a BA in Advertising from Academy of Art San Francisco, BA in Fine Arts from Academy of Art San Francisco, and a BA in Architecture from Sacramento State. [^]

Joseph Flannigan
Director of Digital Marketing
Joe graduated from the University of Portland with a BBA in Marketing and Management. He has spent the last 10 years working in the marketing industry; everything from traditional print ... more>media to online and mobile media. His knowledge and experience in digital marketing mediums is highly regarded. Joseph has worked with many corporations and startups, managing media budgets in excess of $75M to date. Some of these companies include Zynga, SpeedDate, Insweb, Flingweb and Web AMG. Joseph brings his expertise to IQS+ as our Director of Digital Marketing. In this role he helps our existing and new clients to think outside of the box and to explore the newest trends in digital advertising and marketing.[^]
